Lost or Stolen Card? Here’s What To Do.
If you’ve lost your card or believe it’s been stolen or compromised, please sign in to First State Bank online banking or FSB Mobile, give us a call, or visit a branch to report it.
- During Banking Hours: Visit, drive-thru, or call us at 580-623-4945 immediately. We will deactivate your current card, print you a new card, and go through your statements together to check for unauthorized transactions. In most cases, we can replace your card within the same business day.
- Available Anytime: Use FSB Mobile to temporarily lock your card, report a missing or stolen card, and submit a replacement request. You can also use our hotline to report lost or stolen cards anytime at 800-383-8000.
Reporting Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe your FSB Debit Card was used to make unauthorized charges or need help disputing charges processed by merchants on your account, we’re here to help. Call us at 580-623-4945 for one-on-one support, or make a report to our anytime Fraud Hotline at 855-219-5399.
How We Monitor Fraud
Protecting your accounts and personal information is our top priority.
We’re always looking out for you. At FSB, our team keeps a close eye on accounts for any signs of unusual or suspicious activity. If something doesn’t look right, we may give you a call using the number we have on file to make sure everything checks out.
In some cases, we might temporarily pause or deactivate your card to stop unauthorized use and quickly issue you a free replacement. We know that can be inconvenient, but it’s all part of keeping your money and personal information safe.
Please note: Fraud-related communications from First State Bank will always occur during regular banking hours and come directly from one of our employees at 580-623-4945 — never from an automated system. Our automated hotlines are only used when you initiate an after-hours service like reporting a lost or stolen debit card and will never be used to contact you directly. If you ever receive a suspicious text, call, or email claiming to be from FSB requesting your account number(s), or other personally identifying information, do not respond. Instead, call us immediately at 580-623-4945, and we will make sure your account stays secure.
